Henry Cohen, born in 1928, received his B.A. degree from San Jose State University in 1956, and his J.D. from University of California, Boalt Hall, in 1961 where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Evidence Award and the American Jurisprudence Constitutional Law Award. In 1983, Mr. Cohen was selected to The Best Lawyers in America, a publication by Seaview/Putnam of New York who based their selection on an evaluation of attorneys by their professional colleagues across the United States. Mr. Cohen is a member of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the San Francisco Bar Association and has presented continuing education programs pertaining to reorganization proceedings.
