The firm performs organizational and transactional business functions, including the establishment of non-public corporations and limited liability companies, restructuring of ownership interests pursuant to agreements among shareholders or members, negotiation of various business agreements, and preparation of documentation pertaining to these matters.  The firm does not provide tax advice and does not handle public securities matters.
